Prior to the event, he held multiple preparation calls to ensure we were completely on the same page for the entire day. On our second call he even let me know about the sound and lighting equipment he upgraded.

He and his wife had multiple sound setups ready for our outdoor wedding. It made the transitions smooth and natural. In addition, he was a fantastic MC during the dinner and dance portions of the night. They are incredibly humble and professional.
